How is the FMP100 installed?

You plug it into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. It needs no wiring, and accepts 10–30 V DC.

Can the FMP100 charge a phone?

It has a USB type A port for charging external devices (5V 1A). A separate Micro-USB port is used for configuration.
