What can be automated

Most automation opportunities hide in routine: an order arrives as a PDF and someone retypes it, a status changes and someone has to tell three people, the month ends and someone spends two days building a report. Those are exactly the tasks software does better.

AI where it helps, rules where they are enough

Not every problem needs a language model. We use AI for the parts that are genuinely unstructured — documents, free text, images — and plain, predictable code for everything else. Results that matter are checked, logged and easy to review, so you always know what the automation did and why.

In our own products this shows up as AI invoice scanning in Tafi Contabil and as an agent in TAFI Agent that takes over dispatcher chores such as reading order PDFs, closing trips and preparing invoices.

Start small, measure, extend

We usually automate one well-defined process first, run it alongside the manual version, and extend only once it has proven itself. Automation often starts with a simple Telegram bot that your team already knows how to use.
