Cookie Policy

26 August 2026 · version 2026-08-26-r1 · TAFI Solutions (tafisolutions.com) · under Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova

I.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit it. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits, remember the preferences you have expressed, and function correctly.

This policy also covers similar technologies — browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), tracking pixels and session identifiers — where they perform equivalent functions.

II.Who sets the cookies

Cookies on tafisolutions.com are set by TAFI SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (limited liability company) as data controller and, in the cases expressly indicated in the table below, by third parties. The controller's contact details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

IV.Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies provide functions without which the service cannot be delivered — maintaining the session, securing forms, storing your consent choices. They are set on the basis of the legitimate interest in providing the service you requested, under art. 6(1)(f) of Law No. 195/2024, and do not require prior consent.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce such technologies, we will update this policy and obtain your explicit consent beforehand.

V.Managing and withdrawing consent

You may change or withdraw your choices at any time, as easily as you gave them, by any of the following means:

  • the "Cookie settings" button available in the footer of every page, which reopens the preferences panel;
  • deleting cookies in your browser settings, which cancels the choices previously stored;
  • configuring your browser to block cookies from the outset.

Instructions for the main browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, form submission or the storing of preferences. The remaining functionality stays available.

VI.Your rights

Data collected through cookies constitutes personal data where it allows you to be identified, directly or indirectly. In respect of it you enjoy all the rights provided by arts. 13–22 of Law No. 195/2024 — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — described in full in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise them by writing to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP), 48 Serghei Lazo str., MD-2004, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, datepersonale.md.

VII.Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever the technologies used or the applicable legal framework change. The version in force is the one published at this address, with the date of last update shown in the header. Current version: 2026-08-26-r1.
